Board of Directors
The Valley Industries’ Board of Directors comprises 10 generous community representatives who offer their knowledge and time on a voluntary basis. Each brings different expertise and connections to our disability community, together forming a broad, united and skilled Board.
The Board provides corporate governance oversight to ensure Valley Industries meets its aims and that the welfare of people living with a disability in our region is always our priority. It’s functions include organisational performance monitoring, financial oversight, and appointing and providing guidance to the CEO.
