What part of your role gives you a sense that you’re making a difference at Valley?

Working in Finance may be a behind-the-scenes role, but our team is connected to every part of Valley. Given the size of the organisation, we have the opportunity to make a difference every day – whether it’s responding to queries, ensuring employees and suppliers are paid on time, invoicing customers, or meeting important deadlines. By supporting all business units, we help keep Valley running smoothly and make it possible for others to focus on delivering great outcomes for our clients.

Why is supporting people with disability and their families important to you?

Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to live a meaningful, fulfilling life – regardless of their abilities. Even though I work behind the scenes, it’s rewarding to see the positive impact Valley has on its clients and to know that, in some way, my work contributes to that difference.

I’m proud to be part of a large organisation that not only provides valuable services but also creates employment opportunities for so many people in our community.
