Chris provides the Board the acumen of the owner of a successful business which also has fundamental social responsibilities.  He believes kindness is the biggest asset to all successful industries and that a society has truly matured when all people are treated equally and respectfully. 

Infusing his Board oversight with this ethos, Chris has delivered by also integrating employment opportunities for people with a disability into his own business.
