Liz has served on the Board since 2022 in the role of ‘Special Director’ enabling employees of Valley Industries to bring their insight to Board deliberations.  With a bachelor’s degree in communication and varied career experience including with the Australian Electoral Commission, Liz brings the irreplaceable perspective of the lived experience of a person with a disability in employment.  Liz also serves as a valuable conduit for supported employees to communicate issues to the Board.
