It’s the people - Our participants, their families and my colleagues who inspire me. Seeing even small progress in someone's journey reminds me that what we do matters.
Why is supporting people with disability and their families important to you?
It’s important because I know how much of a difference the right support can make in someone’s life and being part of that change.
What’s one thing you’re proud to be part of at Valley?
Knowing that we play a part in helping someone take steps toward their own goals and live life on their terms. That’s what it’s all about for me.
