Steve has served on the Board since 2017 and has chaired the Board since 2022. Steve was on the Board prior to 2017 but stepped down to take up a position in Valley Industries to support implementation of the NDIS scheme and once completed resigned and reapplied for the Board.  A retired accountant, Steve brings a wealth of management experience through roles in health and manufacturing including the Mayo Health Care Group, Merck Sharpe and Dohme Pharmaceuticals, National Foods, Biripi, Tobwabba and Werin Aboriginal Medical Centre’s. 

Steve champions a balance of commercial and social outcomes and is active in our disability community.  Steve has considerable knowledge with health and disabilities. Steve has Guardianship over a sister and brother who have disabilities and reside in supported accommodation in Sydney.

Steve and his family have lived in the area for over thirty years.
