What will I do on a typical day?
You’ll team up with a supervisor and fellow participants to mow lawns, trim edges, operate a mower, and clear garden waste.
Each job is matched to your current abilities with room to develop and grow.

You’ll gain practical know‑how with commercial equipment, safe lifting techniques, time‑management, teamwork, and a bit of horticulture. This might also include landscaping projects or small tree services.
All these skills are useful for everyday independence and work.
