I like to celebrate the accomplishments of our workforce in supporting our participants. Many of our participants biggest achievements in life wouldn’t be possible without the support of our dedicated staff, and our staff should share in those successes.
My role also ensures that we meet and exceed all our regulatory requirements in providing NDIS services. This is something I’m passionate about, to guarantee that the right systems and processes are in place to ensure the delivery of quality services across the board to our clients.
Why is supporting people with disability and their families important to you?
