What drives you to show up each day and give your best at Valley?

What drives me every day is seeing the real difference I am making in people’s lives: the smiles, laughter and great conversations and the motivation we are able to give to people and the assistance we give to help them live their best life.

Why is supporting people with disability and their families important to you?

People with a disability deserve the same respect and care that any other person deserves and being able to provide support and comfort to them and their families is important. Reminding them they have a choice and assisting them to voice this is important.

What’s one thing you’re proud to be part of at Valley?

I am proud to be part of Valley,  the quality of supports that we are able to provide to our participants and their families, assisting them to make good choices and reaching their goals, it is an honour to be part of.
