What drives you to show up each day and give your best at Valley?
What drives me to show up each day is knowing I can make a difference in someone’s life. I like helping people feel more independent and included. Seeing small improvements or even just a smile makes it all worthwhile. It reminds me why I do what I do and keeps me motivated to give my best.
Why is supporting people with disability and their families important to you?
Supporting people with disability and their families is important to me because everyone deserves the chance to live a full and meaningful life and be part of their community. By helping them, I can make things a bit easier, support independence, and help create more equal opportunities. I also know families carry a big responsibility, so being able to support them too can really make a difference in their day-to-day lives.
What’s one thing you’re proud to be part of at Valley?
One thing I’m proud to be part of while working at Valley is helping people with a disability to feel seen, valued, and supported to reach their goals. It’s rewarding to watch someone gain confidence, become more independent, or try something they didn’t think was possible. Being part of a team that stands for inclusion and equality and seeing the positive impact it has on people and their families makes me proud to be a part of.
