Valley Connections brings the community to you. From lively “Social Saturdays” at local markets to nature walks, wildlife encounters, live‑music gigs to museum trips, camping adventures and more! We create inclusive outings that match the goals in your NDIS plan.

  • Weekly “Social Saturdays” (markets, live music, group games), nature walks, wildlife experiences, museum visits, camping trips, and 1‑2 major excursions per year.

  • Check our seasonal activity calendar below for dates, pricing and RSVP deadlines. Simply fill out the online form or call us, and we’ll confirm your spot.

  • Yes. Social and community participation activities can be funded under the NDIS “Social & Community Participation” category.

  • All outings are staffed by trained support workers with appropriate participant‑to‑staff ratios. We conduct risk assessments, provide transport where needed, and ensure accessibility for all abilities.

How Valley Connections helps you achieve your NDIS goals

    What will a typical outing look like?

    You’ll travel together (coach or accessible vehicle), and enjoy the planned activity — browsing a market stall, hiking a trail, coastal walks, community events and more!

    Staff are on hand to assist with mobility, communication, and any personal needs, allowing you to focus on enjoyment and connection.
