Purpose and Making an Impact is key personal goal for me. Connecting with a sense of purpose, finding opportunity to do good and example what making a difference means to a community. Whether it's contributing to supporting Participants or Staff, making a positive impact on others is a powerful driver to show up and give your all.
Why is supporting people with disability and their families important to you?
Supporting people with a disability and their families is important to me as I grew up watching my loved ones with significant disabilities, unable to be part of their community and navigate this world with limited services and support outside my Parents, available to them. Their disability presented them with constant barriers and a sense of being misunderstood and exclusion, almost a given. I wanted to be part of this change. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live with love, encouragement, a right to be heard and valued and to be supported to have a beautiful & purposeful life.
If I can be part of an organisation and a community that fosters inclusion, enhances well-being, and promotes necessary support and services to individuals with disabilities to achieve greater independence, participate more in their communities, and experience an improved quality of life.

I have never been so sure of a workplace or of a role, as I have being with Valley.
This Organisation is dedicated to helping people develop skills, be authentic to themselves and enable a rich quality of life for our participants.
They support the education and skills of the staff to ensure each day, there is opportunity for participants to live as independently or interdependently as possible.
Having the right attitude and values is critical when working with people with disabilities, Valley upholds values that facilitates active and empowering supports to everyone. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing provider in our community.
